Plant Warranty & Return Policy
Return Policy
PLANTS:
Plants must be returned within one week of purchase in the same condition with receipt in order to receive full refund.

OTHER:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in the same condition purchased in with receipt in order to receive a full refund.
Extreme Heat Advisory
During periods of extreme heat, prolonged drought, or water-use restrictions, newly planted trees and shrubs may experience additional stress as they become established. While our warranty does not cover damage resulting from environmental conditions beyond our control or from improper or insufficient watering, we're committed to helping your plants succeed.
If you notice wilting, leaf drop, discoloration, or any other signs of stress, please contact us as soon as possible. Our knowledgeable nursery staff can help identify the cause and recommend the best steps to improve your plant's chances of recovery. Early intervention often makes all the difference.
Plant Warranty Policy
At Morris Nursery, we proudly guarantee all trees and shrubs with the purchase of our recommended amendments for one year from date of purchase.

​Plants must be planted according to the instructions and recommended products noted below

All returns must be accompanied by receipt and valid warranty sheet

No refunds will be made on warrantied plants; Exchange or replacement only

Plants purchased on sale will only be credited for the sale price

The customer is responsible for paying the difference between the original plant price and the new plant price.
Our warranty does NOT cover:

Plants planted in pots/containers

Plants killed or damaged by rodents, insects, animals, chemical damage, mechanical damage

Plants killed or damaged by watering issues, neglect, lack of care

Annuals, Bedding Plants, House Plants, Air Plants, Tropicals, Dogwoods

*If at any point you notice a problem with your plants, we ask that you bring in sample leaves, a small branch, or photos immediately so we may determine the issue & find a solution
