WHAT IF I AM LOOKING FOR A PLANT AND IT IS NOT LISTED ON ANY OF THE INVENTORY SHEETS?

We do not have inventory lists for our entire nursery. With our inventory lists, we are focusing on vegetables, color, and bedding plants. This means less than 20% of our inventory is listed online. If you are looking for something that you do not see on the list, please just add it to your order and a staff member will call you to let you know if we do or do not have it in stock and what your options are. We ask that you do not call the nursery to see if we have any plants in stock. 

 

I AM TRYING TO CALL AND YOUR PHONES KEEP RINGING AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING

Our phone lines are incredibly busy. Unfortunately, when we are on the phones with other customers and you call, you will not hear a busy signal, it’ll just keep ringing. We promise we are doing the best we can to answer all incoming phone calls. Your best bet if you cannot get through is to send us a message through our website. Make sure to include your full phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Wednesdays we are closed and will not be answering phones.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Typically, your order will take 1 to 2 business days to complete. If we get a high amount of orders, it may take longer. We try to complete your order as quickly as possible, but please be patient with us. Please do not call to check on your order unless it has been at least 2 business days.

 

CAN YOU EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

No. It would be unfair for other customers to expedite any orders. We handle all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

WILL CALLING IN AN ORDER EXPEDITE THE PROCESS?

No. If you call your order in, it will still be taken in the order it was received.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once you place your order online you will receive an e-mail confirmation telling you that your order has been received. We will take that order and gather all of the requested plants together. During this process, we may call you with any questions or to let you know if we are out of any of the plants you have requested. After this is complete, we will move your order inside where one of the counter employees will call you to collect your credit card payment over the phone. Once the payment has been completed, you will be directed to pick up your plants. When you arrive at the nursery to do so, the gates will be closed. Someone will be at the gates, you will give them your name, and they will let you in. You will park in a parking spot and someone will be out with your plants – Stay in your car. We will load these for you.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Currently, we are closed to the public and are only allowing customers with prepaid orders on-site. We are on-site from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm every day to fill your orders. We allow orders to be picked up every day during these hours except for Wednesdays. 

WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS, COUPONS, OR CASH?

Our system is super, super old school. We don't have a way to track any gift cards. They're written on paper and when customers use them, we basically do the math on them by hand and write their updated balance. We aren't accepting gift cards for the same reason we can't accept coupons or cash right now. We are trying to prevent as much contact as possible to ensure our safety and customers safety. This is why all credit card payments are done over the phone as well. You can ignore the expiration date on your coupons - We will be accepting them when we are able to safely reopen to the public even if they are expired. 

WHY IS YOUR ONLINE ORDERING CLOSED?

We weren't expecting the large number of orders we have been receiving and sometimes we just need to catch up. We close off our online ordering to ensure we can maintain completing your orders within the two business days we promise. Online ordering will typically be closed on Wednesdays and sometimes Thursdays depending on the number of orders we are getting in. 

HOW OFTEN ARE YOUR INVENTORY LISTS UPDATED?

We try to update these weekly. If there is something you would like to order that you are not seeing on our inventory lists, add it to your order form and we will let you know if we have it available. If we don't have it available we can always try to special order the plant for you. 

WHEN WILL YOU BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AGAIN?

We can't answer that; It depends on the COVID19 Pandemic. We will be open to the public again as soon as it safe to do so.
