Position: Nursery Laborer

Schedule: Part to Full-time, Weekends Required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Watering Plants

  • Restock Plants

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the nursery grounds

  • Assisting customers & staff as needed

  • Pricing and stocking products

  • Weeding plant beds

  • Additional duties as required

 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers

  • Ability and willingness to assist customers and staff

  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions, rain or shine

  • Physically able to lift 40lbs & Stand for long periods of time

  • Willingness to learn various nursery products & plants

  • Ability to adapt to seasonal changes (re. plants, products, weather)

  • Ability to arrive at work on-time as scheduled

  • Positive, respectful, can-do attitude

  • Clean, professional appearance

  • Plant knowledge is a plus

  • Clean driving record a plus
